We have called Markham home since 1877.

The Early Years
1877

In the tiny village of Markham in 1877, a few families came together to begin a ministry. Farmland was given by Simon and Alice Raymer and the church was completed by July 1877 and dedicated on October 11, 1877.

It was named the "Mount Joy United Mennonite Church".

A Church of Missionaries
1987 to Today

God is not yet done and neither are we. Just like those who came before us, today we strive to share His hope, love, and truth and to make Him known in Markham and beyond.
